These Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs are the perfect Southern appetizer, combining creamy, tangy pimento cheese with a classic deviled egg twist!

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • ⅓ cup Pimento cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ tablespoon white vinegar

To top:

  • Chives
  • Diced pimentos to top

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a medium bowl and set the whites aside.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
