Preheat oven 400°F. Spray nonstick spray to a glass 9x13 pan.

Place chicken in the middle with veggies surrounding it.

In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, and parsley.

Pour over chicken and veggies. Mix around to coat everything.
