Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffins

These Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffins are easy to throw together and the perfect breakfast for busy mornings!

INGREDIENTS

– Eggs – Ground sausage – Shredded cheese – Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a large mixing bowl, add in eggs and beat together until yolks are incorporated.

Add in remaining ingredients and mix together.

Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill with mixture evenly.

Bake for 13 - 15 minutes until no longer runny.

Serve warm, or let cool to room temperature and refrigerate until ready to eat.
