Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Evenly spread the cut potatoes and broccoli on the sheet tray in one layer.

In a small bowl, mix together the diced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes and broccoli then toss to coat evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes or until fork tender tossing halfway through.
