Pecan Crusted Salmon

Pecan Crusted Salmon is a delicious weeknight meal topped with a honey and Dijon mustard coating with pecans and Panko breadcrumbs.

INGREDIENTS

– Dijon mustard – Honey – Lemon juice – Salt

Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

In a separate small bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs and chopped pecans.

Brush the mustard mixture evenly over the surface of the salmon filets ensuring that you cover the sides.

Carefully pour the breadcrumb mixture over the salmon filets, pressing it onto the surface of the fish to help it adhere.

Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet prepared with aluminum foil and bake them for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown.
