Firecracker Meatballs

Made with a combination of ground chicken, spices, and a fiery sauce, these Asian inspired meatballs are sure to pack a punch in both flavor and heat.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar. Over medium heat, bring to simmer and stir to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko, Sriracha, eggs, soy sauce, onion powder, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Do not overmix.

Using a cookie scoop or spoons, shape into meatballs roughly 1 and ½ inches.

Place on baking sheet and bake 18-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and toss in sauce.
