In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add coconut oil until melted. Add diced onion and cook until translucent and aromatic, 3-4 minutes.

Add in minced garlic, garam masala, curry powder, cumin, and ginger then stir. Allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Pour in chickpeas and coconut milk and stir until combined. Add in honey and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve warm with cilantro on top with rice and naan.
