In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour in the Baileys, half and half, vanilla extract, and add a pinch of salt. Stir together and place in a shallow bowl.

Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. While butter is melting, dip each piece of bread on both sides into the mixture.

Place immediately into the skillet. Depending on the size of your skillet, you may want to cook them in batches.

Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes so that each side is nice and browned.
