Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Make these Air Fryer Potato Wedges for a delicious snack or side dish. Cooking potato wedges in an air fryer gives you a crispy outside and fluffy interior!

INGREDIENTS

– Russet potatoes – Olive oil – Garlic powder – Chili powder

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

Cut potatoes into 8 equal wedges. First, cut the potato lengthwise through the middle and again to cut into four pieces. Cut eat quart in half lengthwise again.

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil and seasonings. Place the wedges in the bowl to cover in the mixture.

Working in batches, place wedges into the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Continue with the remaining wedges.

Once you remove the wedges onto a plate, top with dried parsley and flaky salt.
